Lyne Noiseux holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Université de Montréal and is a graduate of the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Management. For more than twenty years, she has designed various ergonomic and medical products that have earned her awards and distinctions. For 10 years, she has taught and tutored graduation projects at the École de Design Industriel of the Université de Montréal.
Ms. Noiseux worked as a project designer for Laborie Médical Technologie, she worked as a consultant designer and later founded Posilex Design, a company involved in designing and manufacturing ergonomic equipment for healthcare workers. The innovations of Posiflex Design are now recognized for having helped thousands of people around the world in the accomplishment of their tasks, as well as allowing their return to work, especially in the dental field.
