Accommodation

Dress code

Formal wear is suggested for the Gala evening.

Lunch

It will be possible to take the buffet directly on the site of the exhibition. Indeed, two buffets will be served free of charge for the participants and the exhibitors.

Passport and prizes

All participants will receive a passport to fill with stickers distributed by kiosk representatives during their visit to the commercial exhibition. Participants will visit at least 30 booths to obtain the number of stickers needed to fulfil their passport and a chance

Acces to seminars, special activities and exhibition areas

While attending the Symposium, passes must be worn, as they will include cards for the seminars ans special activities chosen.
